SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES FOR CPAP.PARTS

We are located in Europe. All orders are dispatched the same or the next day and there are no customs duties to be paid by EU customers.

Although 99% of our orders are dispatched same day and most of them are delivered next day in the EU, please keep in mind that delivery times cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to various factors outside of our control. We are under no liability should the delivery not be made by the couriers we use on or within a reasonable period of such date due to circumstances outside of our control like holiday season delays, extreme weather conditions, strikes, customs delays, remote areas etc.

Our working times are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 We always try to dispatch any order placed before 13:00 GMT+2 the same day. This depends on the daily orders volume though. The shipping times on the table below may be affected by National Holidays, strikes, bad weather, pandemics, customs clearances etc. We are not responsible for these delays caused by third parties. Most orders placed from the European Union are delivered next day.

We ship our products to most countries in the world. For express shipping delivery times in Europe are 1 to 2 days and to the rest of the world 3 to 8 days. For standard shipping delivery times range from 4 to 8 days depending on the country / region. Standard business/working days for deliveries are Monday to Friday. All products are dispatched from Europe (EU zone). If an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately about delivery time.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROZONE

If you live outside Europe taxes may apply for imported goods. Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you live outside the Eurozone please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

We only use courier services like TNT, Fedex, UPS and DHL. The shipping cost ranges from 8 euros for standard shipping to the European Union, to 16 - 24 euros for express shipping and the other regions (rest of Europe, Asia, USA etc). If you live in a non-EU country, then fees or tax that you might be charged during the import procedure are not included in the shipping price you paid to us.
