Standard size replacement frame for the ResMed AirTouch N30i

Genuine ResMed AirTouch N30i frame in size Standard, part 62328, supplied with the quick-release elbow already fitted. The frame is the structural part of the mask and the air path at the same time: it carries the tube over the top of the head and feeds air down to the cushion. Standard is the larger of the two frame sizes and suits a greater distance between the nose and the top of the head.

Standard or Small?

Frame size has nothing to do with cushion size: it follows the distance from your nose to the top of your head, so a Standard frame can carry any of the cushion sizes. Standard is the choice for a longer nose-to-crown distance, which is the more common fit. If you are simply replacing a worn frame, stay with the size you already use; if this is a first fit, size it with ResMed's printed fitting template.

Cushions that fit this frame

The Standard frame accepts AirTouch N30i ComfiSoft cushions as well as AirFit N30i cushions and AirFit P30i nasal pillow cushions, so you can move between a fabric cradle, a silicone cradle and nasal pillows on the same frame. Headgear and cushion are not included and are ordered separately. The frame is not compatible with AirMini travel devices.

Cleaning and service life

Clean the frame weekly in warm water of about 30 °C with a mild liquid detergent, using a soft bristle brush where needed, then rinse under running water and air dry away from direct sunlight. ResMed recommends a new frame every three months, or earlier if the fabric cracks or tears or the mask no longer holds a secure fit. Materials: silicone, nylon/spandex and polycarbonate.
