ResMed AirTouch N30i frame, size Small

Genuine ResMed AirTouch N30i frame in size Small, part 62329, with the quick-release elbow already attached. This is the shorter of the two frame options and is intended for a smaller distance between the nose and the top of the head. The frame holds the mask together and routes the air from the tube down to the cushion.

Why the frame is wrapped in fabric

When Small is the correct frame

The frame size is decided by head measurement, not by your cushion: it follows the distance from the nose to the crown, and any cushion size can be used with either frame. Small fits a shorter nose-to-crown distance, and is what you need if a Standard frame sits too loosely or the tube connection lands too far back over the head. When replacing, keep the size you already have; for a first fit, use ResMed's printed fitting template.

Which cushions go on it

The Small frame takes AirTouch N30i ComfiSoft cushions, AirFit N30i cushions and AirFit P30i nasal pillow cushions, so the same frame covers three different cushion styles. Cushion and headgear are not part of this article and are ordered separately. The frame cannot be used with AirMini travel devices.

Weekly cleaning and replacement

Wash the frame once a week in warm water at about 30 °C with a mild liquid detergent, using a soft bristle brush if needed, rinse under running water and let it air dry out of direct sunlight. ResMed recommends replacing the frame every three months, and sooner if the fabric tears or cracks or the mask stops holding its position. Materials: silicone, nylon/spandex and polycarbonate.
