Philips Respironics Pico: a compact nasal CPAP mask with minimal facial contact
The Philips Respironics Pico nasal CPAP mask is a traditional nasal mask built around simplicity. It has a small footprint, only a few parts and a design that keeps contact with the face to a minimum. It is made for adults with sleep apnea who use a CPAP or BiPAP device, whether they are just starting therapy or have used a mask for years.
The cushion sits over the nose and the tubing connects at the front of the mask. The see-through forehead support keeps your line of sight clear while you are awake.
Design details that shape the fit
- Dual-wall silicone cushion that helps keep the seal as you change sleeping position.
- Compact, see-through forehead support that links the headgear to the frame and cushion.
- Fabric headgear with five hook-and-loop adjustment points for a personal fit.
- Quick-release headgear clips, so you can take the mask off and put it back on without losing your settings.
- Detachable elbow for connecting the tubing.
- Few components, all easy to take apart for cleaning.
Choosing your cushion size
The Pico comes with three cushion sizes: Small/Medium, Large and Extra Large. Select your size from the options on this page. If you are unsure, check the manufacturer's sizing guide before ordering, because a well-sized cushion makes a big difference to comfort and seal.
Keeping your Pico mask in good condition
Wash the cushion, frame and elbow every day in warm water with a mild soap, and wash the headgear regularly. Silicone slowly loses its firmness with use, so check the cushion for wear and replace parts as the instructions for use recommend. Replacement cushions and headgear are sold separately, so you only replace the worn part, not the whole mask.
