CPAP Supplies
How ofter should you replace a cpap tubing
Replacement Frequency
- Standard CPAP Tubing: This should be replaced every 3 to 6 months. Over time, tubing can develop small holes or tears that may not be easily visible but can significantly compromise the delivery of air pressure, reducing the effectiveness of your therapy.
- Heated Tubing: Heated tubing, which is designed to prevent condensation and improve comfort by warming the air as it passes through, may also need to be replaced every 3 to 6 months. This type of tubing can be more susceptible to buildup of minerals from the moisture and might degrade quicker.
At cpap parts you can find the ClimateLine Heated Tube and ResMed ClimateLineAir Oxy Heated tubing. A plethora of CPAP tubing and other CPAP supplies for your devices.
